Brand – market fit for the growth

Workshop will equip you with some basic tools in branding and positioning both from the perspective of internal as well as external branding. Special attention is going to be paid to brands in early phase of their development, startup phase.
It is all about sales in business, but it is all about brand and positioning on market in sales.
The main topics of a workshop:
– what are key ingredients of any brand?
– how to manage brands?
– how to position yourself on the market?
– most difficult issues related to startup brands
– participants cases discussion
The Lecturer: Andrej Drapal is communication expert and lobbyist, but at the same time developer of more that 50 brands. Some of brands developed with his help are quite successful (I Feel Slovenia, Ilirija and Subrina, Festival Ljubljana), some others that failed or did not yet succeed in market serve as a great learning platform. There are startups on his list, but also grown up or even old companies. They come from various industries but also from non for profit sector. No brand is alike another one, but at the same time most of them share common mistakes. Andrej is also author of vast number of essays and couple of books, among them “Brandlife” published on Amazon. His webpage consists of more than 200 posts many of them opening important branding issues.
This lecture is for: innovative individuals, entrepreneurs and those who are planning a business or checking the market potential of (their) idea.
