Business Ideation Canvas Tool
June 15 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am
In this webinar, you’ll learn what business canvases are and be introduced to the d.labs business ideation canvas – a tool they have refined during canvassing sessions with over 50 clients. The d.labs business ideation canvas is optimised for the entrepreneur that has to juggle product development, go-to-market strategy and a seemingly-endless pre-launch pipeline.
A comprehensive business plan used to be the gold standard for designing businesses, but today’s market volatility and pace of disruption means a new set of tools is required. In 2005, the original Business Model Canvas changed the way businesses plan their development forever.
After taking more than 50 entrepreneurs through the canvassing process, d.labs learned that standard models were falling short for startups, rich in ideas, but poor in resources and hands-on experiences. That meant that we either had to skip or postpone filling out specific entries, which created a sense of disconnect or inadequacy.
DURING THIS WEBINAR, WE WILL BE DISCUSSING:
– Understand when to use different types of canvases (standard BMC, lean canvas, d.labs business ideation canvas).
– Understand the purpose of individual canvas sections and their relationship with one another.
– Develop the ability to implement the d.labs business ideation canvas as a quick business design & prototyping tool.
