Growth Hacking Workshop: Understand your target audience, research competition and kickstart your growth engine

Maximize your chances of winning in business by doing the things that will give you tangible and on-going progress. Welcome to the world of faced-paced experimentation! During this workshop, we will develop a growth experimentation program for your company, which is specifically aligned to your target audience and takes into consideration and is specifically tailored to the company’s business objectives. During the workshop we will ideate to develop 20-50 experiment ideas, voted to identify the most promising ones, and prioritize selected ideas based on how difficult they are to implement and how impactful are they for the business, Impact-Ease prioritization Matrix. We will be using a B2C e-commerce example, but rest assured that this methodology is industry agnostic and has been tested with SaaS, apps, B2B e-commerce, service businesses, and even traditional businesses who are undergoing digital transformation.

- How to create a customer archetype – a persona that reflects your perfect customer
- Which growth objectives should you focus on first?
- Research competition and best practices to get inspiration for your growth program
- Develop 20-50 experiments ideas that are specifically tied to your growth objectives
- Prioritize growth experiments ideas to identify what are the things that your company should start testing today to move the needle in business
The Lecturer is: Maja Voje is a globally-recognized growth marketing and digital transformation expert who has managed digital initiatives for Google and Rocket Internet and is also a co-instructor in the world’s best-selling online growth hacking course, which has more than 50,000 alumni. It is used by organizations like Tesla, IBM, and Booking.com. In 2020 she also joined forces with Growthhackers.com as a Head of Growth University. In her career, she has helped several companies to raise €20 million in growth capital and worked with over 200 international companies in the United States of America, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Slovenia.
