During the workshop we will talk about how to build a winning sales strategy as well as establish a sales process in order to grow and scale. Together, we will determine sales steps, KPIs and methodologies that you can apply to your business. At the end of the workshop we will run an open Q&A where you can address any sales-related questions.

The Lecturer: Karina Collis runs Liinea Sales Advisory, a consultancy helping growth businesses to structure scalable sales processes and high-intensity execution. The most recent success stories include her work with tech start-ups such as Klevio and Aigenpulse, both UK-based tech start-ups,where she worked with the sales teams to grow their sales volumes more systematically and negotiate larger size contracts.
