How to implement Lean Innovation – Build, Measure, Learn

Lean innovation focuses on increasing efficiency by capturing customer feedback early and often, resulting in minimizing waste in the product development cycle. The process prioritizes experimentation over elaborate planning and celebrates continuous, incremental improvement.

The lecturer: Rok Stritar, Phd, is a co-founder of the Kibuba web store and works as a moderator of startup weekends, mentor in business accelerators, incubators and entrepreneur workshops.
This lecture is for: innovative potential entrepreneurs (innovative individuals, high school students, undergraduate/postgraduate students, teaching staff, researchers), new and existing companies, which provide participants with basic entrepreneurship skills.
