In the land of Hooray Heroes with Mic Melanšek
June 29 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Everything started when Mic Melanšek and Rado Daradan were looking for a gift to their nieces. And then were born Mali junaki (Hooray Heroes), personalized children’s books that break records.
Their startup company Hurra Studios became a Slovenian startup in 2019. “We did not have any investments, nor did we know that we had such an opportunity. So we went to the bank and took out a € 12,000 student loan. We were so convinced that our product was good that we went to a foreign market. We weren’t successful in the beginning, so we even thought of closing the company. But because we believed in our idea, we sat down and made a list of things that needed to be improved. With some savings, we went to the German market and luckily in the summer 2017, a magical moment happened when we were profitable . That’s when we gained confidence. ”Their story is proof of how important passion is in the start-up world.
Last but not least, they were even advertised by Khloe Kardashian, who announced that she was thrilled with the personalized book that Hurra Studios team gave her daughter True for her first birthday.
A great advantage of the company is a communication with customers, in which they significantly differ from the wider competition. In the land of Hooray Heroes (Mali junaki), it is interesting every day. Creative heads gather for tea and coffee and discuss what, how, when and why.
Join our webinar, where you will travel, part of the Mali junaki business trip, with our guest, Mic Melanšek.
