Why your business will fail and what you can do about it?

September 1 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

I have an idea! Now, how do I start my own start-up?

How do I know if my idea is any good?

Can I judge my idea by myself?

Why is it important to define the market problem first?

At the workshop, we will answer to above and similar questions, and present practical examples of why it is necessary to test your idea as quickly as possible. The idea itself is not enough. It is necessary to test the idea, evaluate it, prepare a business plan and only then we can approach to the realization phase.

You will answer the above questions on the basis of the Lean methodology. The core idea is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Simply, lean means creating more value for customers with fewer resources.

Come and see how we test a start-up idea!

The Lecturer: Matija Goljar is one of the co-creators of the Slovenian youth entrepreneurship ecosystem. Matija spends a few months every year in Colorado, USA, where he is the visiting professor/master course teacher at the prestigious Watson University, a school for changemakers that offers degrees in changemaking/social entrepreneurship.
