Creating your Business Model Canvas
Develop your blueprint for success with the Business Model Canvas in this 3-hour workshop
Building a business is like building a house, and having a clear and concise blueprint makes the process much easier with more chances of success. Together, we will discover how to understand your business concept, from the problems you’re solving, creating value for your customers and how you will market your product or service with all the revenue and costs you can expect.
The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management tool to quickly and easily define and communicate a business idea or concept. It is a one page document which works through the fundamental elements of a business or product, structuring an idea in a coherent way.
