Learn the art of non-stressful productivity

Participants will learn about the practical methodology of “getting things done” and strategies for better time management. We will also focus on self-regulation (conscious personal management) that involves the process of guiding one’s own thoughts, behaviors, and feelings to reach goals. If we can successfully manage our energy, we can also be more efficient in directing attention, setting and monitoring goals, setting priorities, delegating, scheduling and using other elements of efficient time management.

DURING THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL BE DISCUSSING:

  1. Self-management: Why is it useful to strengthen self-awareness, self-control and self-discipline?
  2. 7 elements of time organization
    • How does time analysis and assessment (awareness) of time take place?
    • How to plan for a viable TO DO list?
    • How to set goals and priorities?
    • How to schedule your time in a realistic and efficient way?
    • How to organize myself better (physical or e-form)?
    • How is the new habit established?
    • How to monitor and direct my progress?
  3. The power of habit
    • How can I better manage my time in the workplace?
    • What prevents me from establishing a new habit?
    • What can I do to overcome obstacles?
